WHEN COMBINED WITH HEAT PUMPS THESE TANKS SUITE SYSTEMS FOR SMALL TO MEDUIM SIZED DWELLINGS, which will perform up to 50% CHEAPER THAN NATURAL GAS & 80% CHEAPER THAN LPG SYSTEMS, WITH EVEN HIGHER PERFORMANCE IF YOU ADD THE SOLAR THERMAL OR WOOD FIRE OPTION.
The SBB series freestanding cylinder is the optimum solution for combined Domestic Hot Water (DHW) and Hydronic Heating in conjunction with a heat pump on its own and or with a wood fired wet back heater or Solar option available in the SOL 400 litre and SOL 500 litre versions which have an additional second internal coil as well as the DHW coil for creating Domestic Hot Water in Storage for the family home. So with the SOL versions, it is also possible to integrate a solar thermal system or a wood fire. The cylinder's inner values are particularly impressive. Its specially designed smooth enamel lined immersion coils are particularly good at transferring heat efficiently. At the same time, they are just as resistant to scale deposits as the entire inner casing, which features a special enamel coating. This product design is suitable to be used with most brands of heat pumps the water in the body of the tank is the clean Domestic hot water at approx 700 kpa which is approx 70% of the tanks liquid volume and through the primary coil in the tank runs the water heated via the heat pump and in the SOL models the secondary coils can be powered by a wood fired option or solar hot water panels.

NOTE the 232628, WRV 32, Corr, pipe connector & the 232629, WRV 40, Corr pipe connector are for boosting the hot water transfer output if required in the SOL models for high hot water demand requirements they loop the two immersion coils together .
NOTE the 230312, DHW Circ Set & Recirc Assembly, is fittings to assist in the installation of a ring main hot water circuit. (Does not include pumps)
