We can assist you in gaining the mandatory 5 Star minimum rating with only minor alterations to your house design or specifications if necessary. Expert advice on cost effective ways to reach 6, 7 or even 8 stars of efficiency can also be provided. Our service is designed to make the process of getting a House Energy Rating quick and hassle free, and equip you with the knowledge to make the right choices in the final design stages. Caleb Young is GreenRate's Accredited 5 Star Energy Rater who performs assessments here at enter. Caleb has undertaken training in Building Thermal Performance Assessment and the latest 2nd Generation assessment tools.
