Householders using the Wet Innovations 2250 don’t have to think about maintenance, ever. Householders should however avoid the introduction of chlorine, bleaches, antibacterial cleaning agents and antibiotics – which hamper the effectiveness of the biological processes used in the system – is the only point to remember. By law all onsite domestic systems must be serviced four times a year. Wet Innovations units are serviced by specially trained and accredited service agents. A typical Australian household unit requires desludging every five to six years. Your Wet Innovations agent will know when this is due, so you don’t have to worry! Our customers are important to us in the long term and in consideration of this our annual maintenance cost is kept as competitive as possible ($300). If you can't eat it - or produce it yourself - please don't flush it!
